UPDATE NOVEMBER 14, 2025: The U.S. District Court granted final approval to the settlement of this case on November 7. However, no payments can be made to class members unless and until the settlement is also approved by a North Carolina state court judge in the sister case of Greene adv. CLMG. The final approval hearing in the Greene case is scheduled for January 22, 2026. An update will be posted on this website as soon as the state court issues its ruling.
